MEETING INFORMATION
Travel Grants
To increase diversity of meeting participation, particularly for resource poor nations and institutions, limited funding is available to subsidize the travel and accommodation costs on a need basis.
Level of Support
Travel grants of up to ￥50,000(JPY) will be available for participants from Australia, India, Indonesia, Mainland China, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Travel grants of up to ￥100,000(JPY) will be available for participants from other countries of the Asian and Pacific Rim region.
Registration fees will be waived for all travel grant recipients.

- Application deadline: November 30, 2022 (CLOSED)
- Results of application will be announced starting from December 12, 2022
- Application deadline : January 13, 2023
- Results of application will be announced starting from January 23, 2023
